General Manager to Beverage Director

I started at Eureka! Claremont in June of 2011 as an Assistant General Manager and was promoted to GM of the new opening of our San Luis Obispo location. In January of 2014, I was then promoted to Beverage Director. I fell in love with the culture of Eureka! from the first day. Our culture is unlike any other restaurant that I have worked for. Energy, Discovery & Community are all things that are very important to my core values, and I am happy to work for a company that shares those values.

Server to General Manager

I opened the Woodland Hills location as a server and within five months started training in Claremont as a manager. It was thrilling to take over as a bar manager and a year later, be promoted to AGM, be trusted as an acting GM for a few months as attend the AGM summit, and shortly after, be promoted to GM of Cupertino, where I am now.

Server to Talent Selection and Engagement Manager

I began as a server in Irvine when I was a college student that wasn’t even old enough to drink and fell in love with the company culture and mission. When I graduated college I had the opportunity to become a bartender and also began travel training for new restaurant opens. Soon after the SDSU open there was an opening for a position in the support center and I was given the opportunity to apply and am now the support center coordinator working with HR, recruiting, and training!

Expo to Assistant General Manager

Worked for Eureka for about 4 years. I started as an expo in our Irvine location where I fell in love with the culture and environment. I moved my way from expo to greeter to server, to bar to hourly manager over the course of 2-3 years. From here I hopped onto the management team in our La jolla location

This has all been a great learning experience and I had the chance to get a wonderful team behind to help me succeed through all of my growth at Eureka! from being an AKM in Claremont, to KM of a new restaurant opening in Woodland Hills to KM of Huntington Beach (when my wife and I were blessed to find out to was pregnant) to now EKM in the company.
